Default location of outlook file.
Outlook stores your email (and attachments), calendar and contacts together in one file that uses the extension "pst". Outlook creates it at the following location in Windows XP or Windows 2000:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
Other Outlook files, like the Navigation pane customization file (*.xml), toolbar customization file (outcmd.dat), and send and receive customizations (*.srs) are at
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
You can also find the location of Data file from File-Data File Management –Setting, File Name will show you the current location of Data file.
